This fabulous holiday home is located in the Monte de Los Almendros which is one of the best urbanizations in Andalusia. It belongs to the municipality of Salobreña, which is one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, with its white houses, its Arab castle on a rock, its charming beaches separated by the Rock (old Phoenician cemetery). The views of the house are sensational, you can see the Arab castle that illuminated at night makes you dream of past times, the beautiful beaches, the mountains and the town of Salobreña.

The land on which the house is built has 800m2 and the house has 300m2.

The house has two floors:

- Ground Floor with an apartment with two beds, a large sofa, a bar furniture and a bathroom. It is connected to the pool area by a sliding door.

- First floor with living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and terrace. The views from the terrace and the rooms with the Arab castle opposite are spectacular.

The land is divided into three different zones:

- Beautiful entrance to the farm through a gate that gives way to the parking where three vehicles can fit. This parking lot is decorated with a flowering planter with a variety of flowers.

- Front with lawn, barbecue and heated pool of 7 x 3 m. The pool is salt chlorinated and has an automatic cover made of solar polycarbonate that warms it. From the garden you can also contemplate the Arab castle.

Please note that from the end of March until 10 November approximately the pool reaches or exceeds 25 degrees, the optimum temperature for bathing. In the rest of the year the temperature will depend on the sun, so it can oscillate between 17 and 19 degrees. Upon arrival, the owner will inform you about the approximate temperature reached during your stay.

- Rear with a terrace with fruit trees: orange, lemon, mandarin, avocado, mango, pear, apple, olive, pomegranate, plum and grape vines. True tropical delicacies.
