Amazing stay

Amazing location for the slopes. The property manager was a lovely gentleman who was willing to help with any questions I had. He was willing to put extra beds in on request. The daily bread delivery option was a nice touch although I did not end up using it.

Very comfortable stay for ski holidays for families

It has a very good location; 2 minutes to Grünwald Bahn. Apartment is very wide; plenty of space, 2 rooms plus big living room, two bathrooms, 1 shower, 1 bathtub, kitchen equipped with everything you may need. We felt like at home for our 3 night stay for skiing with 2 kids. Closed auto-park available for every flat which is totally an asset in this region because parking is a problem especially in high season. Reception was also very kind. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

we loved the excellent quality of materials and amenities in the apartment, the location (4 min walking from the GrunwaldBahn Chairlift), the comfort, cleanliness and quietness. And friendliness and efficiency of the staff.

a bit complicated (entrance, ski room, reception on different floors). To reach for the sauna from the apartment you need to go through the garage, which isn't the best option.

Very friendly apartment manager. The apartment was incredibly clean and had excellent cooking facilities. It is very well situated for the ski lifts in Obertauern.

- Quality of the apartment and utensils - Near to the slope - good sauna - very helpful staff - discount for ski rental - “underground” parking

- quite a long way from the parking to the room (2 slow elevators) - no lockers in the ski room - garage can be challenging for bigger cars

Hotel has perfect location. Ski lift, ski slopes ski rent, ski bus all next to hotel. Hotel is very nice, Apartment was very well equipped. Rooms are spacy, bathroom was perfect - shower tub and bath tub, toilet is separated. Hotel personnel are very helpful. We really enjoyed staying in Steinadler, and we're definitely coming again :)

Our stay was generally nice, we enjoyed it and we will return in the future.

Location was superb, appartment clean and comfortable, ski room on the floor, underground garage spot, ski rental and ski lift across the street/road. Town/village centre was lively, shops, banks, cafeterias, discos in the evenings. In regard to a ski area, plenty of pistes and lifts, night skiing, one doesn't get bored.

Although the appartment was clean and generally comfortable, I would expect newer equipment and perhaps more stylish furnishings for the value.

Great option for a ski trip

The apartments are well equipped and maintained. All what we needed for our family ski trip. The living room had a beautiful view to the mountains. We liked to go to the sauna every evening.

One of the bedrooms had a view to a wall and ir was quite dark because of that.

Apartment was very clean, modern and very good equipped. Large balcony with mountain view. You can find it easily, it’s directly on the main street. Very good point for starting your hiking experience. Staff is very helpful, no problem with anything. I hope we’ll come back again.

deep in the mountain region and stay there like at home, - Stainadler is a perfect choice for this

- cosy apartments and aparthotel as a whole with all its facilities - very friendly and helpful hosts, really doing their best to exceed guests expectations - pet friendliness in the appartments/hotel - of course, wonderful location deep in the Austrian Alps situated at the really high altitude, still with many opportunities around to unforgetably spend time there

Stunning vista

The apartment was in an excellent location, with stunning views of the mountains and pistes and only 100m from ski lift. It was a very clean, warm apartment with all the modern appliances (washing machine, microwave, coffee machine ,cooking facilities) to make it a great self catering choice. Spar supermarket was a 3 minute car journey.

We could hear voices from the guests in the adjoining apartments although it did not disturb us too much. Would be great if some basics like cooking oil, pepper and sugar was provided.

Steinadler is great place to stay if you want nice apartment for your ski trip. All the slopes are very close, literally few steps from apartment. We were there for winter holiday with family and we couldn't be more satisfied... definitely recommend!
