I recommend it, a wonderful place!

The dishwasher didn't smell good because it seemed to have been closed for a long time. We wanted to drink coffee in the morning, but the coffee machine hadn't been cleaned of scale. If you fix these little things, it will be just great.

Excellent

Wonderful holiday at Appartament Christophorus in Obertauern. A special thanks to the staff and especially to Mrs. Doriana, always helpful and caring, who made our stay truly special. The places are stunning, even better than the Dolomites, which are now too crowded. Austria is still a hidden gem, with breathtaking landscapes and very welcoming people. Highly recommended!

The only little drawback is that the supermarket downstairs closes too early, at 1:00 p.m. — but of course this doesn’t depend on the staff 😂

Perfect for a weekend away and good price.

We were here for a weekend in summer for the trail marathon. Perfect apartment with a well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the winter garden out the front. Despite being just off the main road through Obertauern the apartment was quiet. Also the host is a former Austrian snowboarding champion 😀

Minor gripe, you had to walk through the main bedroom to get to the bathroom.

Spaceous accomodation for 4-5 persons, 5 minute walk from next lift. Supermarket on ground floor!

The appartment was spaceous, with each of the two sleeping rooms having a winter garden with seating and table. The kitchen, while small, was very functional and allowed us to prepare evening meals in instead of us needing to go out to eat.

The depth of the shelves above both wash basins in the bathroom in combination with how close to the wall the wash basins were made washing ones face without a facial wash cloth (not provided) difficult. Pack wash cloths!

Superb

Roomy apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Clean bathroom, comfy beds. Nice view from windows as well as from the practical terrace/ covered balcony. Nice location- apartment is a good "base camp" for trekking around. In summer good parking possibilities next to the apartment. Shopping just in the same house (SPAR).

The kitchen was missing good knives (I used my own).

We were charged 12 EUR/ day - cleaning fee. These were not mentioned on booking. Probably a shortcome. As for the towels - it is preferrable to be white instead of dark brown

Nothing not to like!

The location was perfect, right on the mountain and in the heart of the village. The drying room for gear was great, there was a supermarket directly underneath, the view was fantastic, beds comfortable and room was clean and warm.

I liked everything.. a spa pool would have topped it off to be absolutely exceptional, and maybe a wee toaster oven.

Lady at desk incredibly helpful. Lovely apartment (13) with view of the street as well as the closest lift. Short stroll from most of the bars, restaurants and shops as well as ski schools. Perhaps 100m from closest lift. The room arrangement is perhaps not the most efficient but there was room for the 5 of us to relax. The kids are 15, 12 and 9 and had enough room with 2 sharing a double bed though I think another sofa could have also been a sofa-bed if necessary.

We had to wait a while for the lady to come and give us keys as there was no answer on the phone number so we left a voice message. I think actually the fact that a German speaker came and actually got through to comeone was more effective.

Świetne miejsce na tygodniowe wakacje z rodziną latem. Blisko wszystkich atrakcji.

Świetnie położony obiekt. Na parterze sklep spożywczy. W odległości 5 min piekarnia. Komfortowe łóżka. Przemiła właścicielka. Super strefa saun. A okolica ... szkoda że odkryliśmy jej uroki dopiero ostatniego dnia. Na pewno wrócimy . Austria nas urzekła.

Einfach alles. Das Appartement war super schön und super sauber. Meine Tochter und ich konnten jeden Abend die Sauna genießen. Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin (?) war super nett.

Obertauern ein Wanderurlaub auch speziell für Familien.

Die Lage war Optimal mitten im oberen Teil von Obertauern. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen. Im Haus direckt ein Sparmarkt mit Heißtheke. In der Nähe ein tolles Restaurant "Freiwild" Parkplatz am Haus.

Locatie is perfect, het was zeer schoon en ze zijn erg vriendelijk. Vanuit de skikelder loop je zo naar Gamsleiten 1. En voor een boodschap loop je naar beneden.

We hadden een groot appartement voor 5 personen met 1 slaapkamer. Het is groot genoeg om er een 2e slaapkamer in te maken. Dat geeft meer privacy als je met 5 personen bent.
