Its a lovely apartment . Very comfortable and clean. overlooks the ocean . Very easy to obtain keys and return keys.

Only stayed 2 nights , there were some banging noises in the building at night not sure what it was, perhaps check with building maintenance so that the problem is addressed.

Easy access to the beach

We received two sets of keys but only one key could open the padlock. The other key didn’t work so we have to test the key all the time before going out to make sure that we take the right key.

The flat is spacious and it was lovely to be so close to the beach. Handy to shops and cafes. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the cleaning service.

The procedure for picking up keys is inconvenient and unnecessarily complicated (in our opinion). We had stayed at this location before so went straight there. Then we read the instructions which said we need to pick the keys up off site. They were in a shipping container in a small park so our maps couldn't find it. After driving in the wrong direction we finally found it but town centre was very busy so we couldn't park nearby. This was all very annoying at the end of a long drive. It seems much simpler to use the security desk at the flats?

More attention is required on the maintenance and housekeeping of some of the aspects of the unit.
