About this house rental
Nestled at the edge of town, the Best of Both Abode is a place where country comforts complement hometown convenience. Deep discounts during the off season make this an ideal time to get away. Visit with family or friends, enjoy a romantic weekend, go ice fishing when Keuka Lake freezes, or just relax and enjoy the wineries. Our home is truly an ideal location to experience all the Finger Lakes Region has to offer in every season. We know you'll fall in love and want to come back again soon. Maximum on-site parking: 3 vehicles
Parking is not permitted on the street or on unpaved yard.
Emergency contact is by 911.

-Vehicular traffic should not be greater than normally expected in the neighborhood.
-No excessive music or other noise, fumes, glare, or vibrations generated during use.
-Outdoor events are to be held between the hours of 10 AM and 10 PM and be a one-day occurrence. (Please note the host policy does not allow events at this location.)
-Activities shall be in compliance with noise regulations.
-Littering is prohibited.
-All fires must be attended and in compliance with applicable regulations.

A cute quirky house, nearby all you could want to do. 3 levels which was fine for us, and gave everyone space. Attentive hosts. Exceptionally clean Would stay again.
