About this cabin rental
Located just outside Penn Yan on the north end of Keuka Lake, enjoy what this 2-bedroom cabin has to offer. This quaint and tranquil retreat features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, both on the lower level, a cozy living room with 2 sofa beds, and all the essentials like a washing machine, dryer, portable upstairs AC, and WiFi. Escape the hustle and bustle and unwind in this perfect hideaway.
Arriving at Pelican Cabin, you'll park in one of 3 parking spaces, with a short walk to the house. Two steps up to the porch and you'll enter into the open concept upper floor living area. To your left you'll see a sitting area / reading nook and the kitchen. On your right you'll see the dining table and the living room with plenty of seating. Looking straight ahead are the French doors that open up to the deck that has more seating, a small dining table and the propane-gas grill.
Inside, taking the spiral staircase to the downstairs, you'll find the 2 bedrooms (both with new beds in 2026), bathroom and laundry room. You'll also find French doors that open up to the lower level outside area that will lead you down about 15 steps to the beach, dock and firepit.
You'll have over 50 feet of lake front and a dock to attach your boat to if so inclined. On this end of the lake, it's very shallow walking out into the water which is great for young children.
It is a short walk to Seneca Farms for ice cream and chicken dinners. Indian Pines Park, which has a great playground and swimming area, is about a half mile away.

Audrey was an excellent host! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the place is excellent and well described. Very good walkability into Penn Yan - somewhat uncommon for house on Keuka Lake. We recommend stopping in at Indian Pines Farm Market which is a short walk up 54A. Beach is awesome! Walk-out depth and a mix of rocks and sand, water shoes recommended due to zebra muscles. Kitchen is great, and upper patio is where we ate every meal with great views and nice lake breeze. Only things I would change would be the clawfoot tub and maybe a new bed to sleep on in master bedroom. Other than that it met our needs perfectly!

The cabin is absolutely perfect for a Keuka Lake getaway. The location is amazing and the beach/dock make for easy access to the water. Audrey was very attentive throughout our stay as well.
