This beautifully landscaped home is fully furnished and ready for you to relax and enjoy. The backyard has a private pool and above ground spa, plus an outdoor kitchen with BBQ for entertaining. The pavered patio includes a covered sitting area with T.V. and fireplace for cool evenings. A misting system will keep you comfortable on warm days, as you enjoy the view of the surrounding palm trees. HVAC inside with the addition of a water softener and drinking filtration system. My elderly parents stayed at this house for 2 months in early 2023. The unit was very clean and very well maintained. Richard and Laurel were wonderful hosts, checking in multiple times to ensure that everything was going well, and they made the whole booking and check in process very easy. I would definitely recommend this unit for a stay in The Grand!

This was such a beautiful home and I enjoyed my stay 100%! There are so many lovely touches at this home, from the kitchen amenities to the amazing patio/yard. The owners were very flexible, gracious and easy to communicate with.
