About this house rental
House (2 sides) restored in quiet, quiet, safe and very sought after area with open views of the entrance to the port.

- Double living room of 33m² with air conditioning, open fitted kitchen / adjoining the dining room.
- 1 separate toilet
- Beautiful terrace of 20m² facing south
- Inner courtyard

-2 large rooms of 17m2 air-conditioned, each with balcony access and view of the entrance to the port, 1 double bed
-1 bedroom of 12m2 with 2 single beds with fan
-1 large bathroom with toilet
Ideal location:
Coves and access to diving clubs 2 minutes walk away and coastal path in the immediate vicinity behind the house allowing you to reach Collioure. Shops nearby: supermarket, bakery, butcher, market on Saturday mornings, restaurants on the quays 10 minutes walk away, the Fish Market and the fishermen's stalls a few hundred meters away.
Ideal for enjoying the sea, the Catalan atmosphere or simply to rest.
Near Collioure, Paulilles Beach (less than 10 min by car or bus at 1€) and Spain (30 min by car).
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility (access by stairs).
The house is not suitable for small children because of the stairs.

We have just returned home from a week staying at Clara's property in Port Vendres. The property is very spacious and well equipped. There are three double bedrooms, a lounge and large kitchen/dining room.
The air conditioning and large garage are helpful features.
The location in Port Vendres is ideal, just 5 minutes walk to the main harbour front, and just far enough out to be very quiet at night. The neighborhood felt very safe at any time of day or night.
There is a local rocky bay called Anse de la Mauresque that our children enjoyed walking to and swimming in.
Port Vendres is also highly recommended. It is a lot less touristy than the immensely popular Collioures just 5km up the road. Quite simply, Port Vendres feel more authentic - a lovely slice of French life.
Finally out hosts couldn't do anything to make us feel more welcome and to make arrival and departure very straight forward. Thank you so much for an unforgettable holiday.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette maison spacieuse située dans un quartier calme. Location bien équipée, l’air conditionné est un gros plus. Proche d’un très bon restaurant gastronomique.
Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité de la mer et notamment de la crique à seulement 5min à pieds.
Nous avons passé quelques soirées à s’affronter au babyfoot.
Les propriétaires sont arrangeants et de bons conseils.

Situation optimale dans Port-Vendres :
Vue sur le port, accessibilité immédiate au centre ville à pied, sentier du littoral à proximité.
La maison : de grandes pièces avec 3 belles chambres et une grande terrasse agréable pour prendre l'apéritif et les repas.
Séjour très agréable et hôte à l'écoute.

La maison est parfaitement équipée et spacieuse, située au calme avec vue sur l'entrée du port, proche du centre de Port Vendres. On peut faire les petites courses à pied. La terrasse est magnifique. La literie est très confortable. On se sent très vite comme chez soi, rien ne manque ! L'accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires (Clara et Jean-Denis) et leurs bons conseils, participent à ce confort. Ils répondent rapidement à la moindre question. Adriana qui s'occupe aussi de la maison habite à quelques minutes et se rend disponible en cas de besoin, souriante et très agréable. Merci pour cette confiance et tout ce que vous laissez à disposition pour vos locataires. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander....les yeux fermés !
