Spacious flat for sensible money.
Spacious flat in quiet location away from roads. Decent free Wifi and secluded parking space.
Matress on the bed was bumpy and there were squeeking sounds from upstairs when neighbour walked in his/her flat.

Exceptional
I was working in Elgin for the weekend and booked Grampian Serviced Apartments for the first time.
The flat was exceptional. And. ....beds were so comfy. Best sleep in a long time. Very good value for money and l facilities within were excellent. This flat is certainly 'the jewel in the crown'.
The host was very accomodating and communication from the time of booking was exceptional.
I will most definitely book again.

great location in a beautiful setting and it was spacious and comfortable
we struggled to close the windows. bathroom and kitchen were both a bit dated. one of the kitchen floor tiles was broken and loose which I thought was dangerous.

I was in the area for work and found the apartment vastly more comfortable than being in a hotel.
Arriving in the dark, the outdoor light didn't automatically come on at first and gaining access was therefore more clumsy and took a little while. Otherwise, all was well.

Nice flat spacious and good location unfortunately not as clean as I would have expected we could not see through windows as they were so dirty the rest was okay ,.We never got the best of sleeps as only blinds on windows so sun shining through early morning.

Exceptional property in a lovely quiet location.
From the outset the host could not have been more helpful or welcoming. I was arriving in Scotland from the Netherlands and I had booked this property to carry out my 10 day isolation period. As soon as I had notified the host that this was my intention, they advised me to book a “click & Collect” food service from the local supermarket, and as I was arriving late from my journey, they picked up my shopping, put it away for me and adjusted the lights and the heating so that was greeted by a warm and welcoming house! That set the tone for the stay. As I approached the end of the stay, the host again asked if i needed anything further in terms of provisions, knowing that I would struggle to make the 25GBP minimum spend limit for the duration of my stay, the offered to add anything i needed to their own personal shopping and drop it off to me. You can really tell that this is a family run apartment and makes the stay all the more enjoyable.
The property itself has everything you need from a fully kitted out kitchen to a huge flat screen with sound bar and Wi-fi. Although i was forced to isolate int he property, i never felt cooped up as the place is light and airy with very comfortable furnishings.
The property comes with a dedicated parking space and secure entry. And although in a block of apartments ( on the ground floor) the place is very quiet with little or no sound from the neighbours.
Although I couldn’t take full advantage dye to the isolation rules, the place is set in the grounds of a lovely big house with Elgin a short walk away and gardens and countryside to explore.
I want to take this opportunity to that Steve the host for all he did to make my stay so comfortable. In these testing times it was exactly what i needed!
I will use this place again and recommend it heartily to anyone looking for a place as comfortable and quiet as this but within minutes form everything that Elgin and Lossiemouth have to offer.

Day tripping
Loved the quiet surroundings the property was maintained to a high standard really well presented and everything I needed was there had a really comfortable stay and would definitely re book here in the future another selling point for me was the grounds the property is in are brilliant if you love nature and lot’s of different things to see around and within walking distance to local attractions thoroughly enjoyed my stay hopefully be back in the area again soon
