Staff very helpful, good location for my needs

The beeps of the cars from the road situated just infront of the hotel. To have hot water you have to inform the reception so he can switch on the boiler

It is value for money. The a la carte menu is good food. Overall it is reasonable value for money. Staff are mostly accommodative.

Over the last 7 years, the quality has dropped in the small/ little things, which in this service industry are crucial. For e.g. i asked for bill at a particular time 2 hours in advance and yet it was delayed/ wasn't ready. E.g. they have a tag that talks about saving water but dont fix the shower and taps - so water runs in both when you turn on thr shower. And this mindset of saving water doesn't seem to be something that trickles down across staff. Also, this time i really felt you need to improve the quality of the doors. They are so thin i can hear what is happening inside the opposite room let alone all the shouting in the corridors.

1. Light & ventilation - It would be good to have rooms with some window/ natural light. It is too stuffy to sleep and wake up in the same 2. Noise- the doors could be made soundproof - the constant noise outside was disturbing - particularly some sort of beeping all the time!

staff was helpful and pleasant. clean room and good breakfast. felt safe staying there

elevator should have been working for guest convenience and rooms should be renovated.
