Nice location, convenient as a base when visiting Disneyland or Paris. Nice little apartment.

It is definitely not for four people, it is a nice place for a couple i.e. two persons not more than that. The owner should definitely reconsider his cleaning service because it is far from clean. What we disliked the most was the owner ignoring our request for a clean bedding (it was stained when we came to the apartment). You just don't do that if you are in this business.

A nice little apartment close to a River/Small town, and only a short bus ride away from Disneyland.

Location was very good (just off the Canal/River and close to a small town/village). Apartment was very nice, It was set up well with all the amenities required (big fridge freezer, cooking facilities and equipment, washing machine etc). It is a good place to position yourself for visits around the local area ie Paris, Disneyland Paris and cheaper than staying within those places Beds were comfy, everyone slept well during our stay and after 2 days around Disneyland Paris that was much needed! Being positioned so close to a large bus and train station (no longer than 5 mins walk) that goes direct to Disneyland Paris and Paris was a real plus too.

The initial arrival was hard work, the contact I had was good and I received plenty of messages prior to arrival however when we got there the fun began. The post code/address took me round in circles on my sat nav, eventually we found the place on Google Maps but could have done with a pinpoint in the instructions for the facility (ie big apartment block, secure gate just off the "petrol station" would have assisted me. When I got there we hadn't been sent the codes to get through the coded vehicle gate, we also didn't know where to park the car. This created a bit of unnecessary stress after a long drive, luckily we found another British person who lived there and she assisted us before I could eventually get hold of my contact for the booking. The stay was amazing, we loved the accommodation and communication with the booker was good however the only let down but a big one was that initial arrival and not being sent the codes with clear directions until we were already at the gate waiting to get in!

Exclusive parking space for our car, and clear instructions on codes to use to unlock various doors.

The apartment was too small for a family of 4. The bathroom did not seem to have much ventilation. There were no cupboards either. Not all instructions were provided on time.

bonne situation géographique. Appartement bien équipé

l'hôte n'est pas accueillant et n'est pas au service des voyageurs. Il y a des coins dont la propreté est négligée et plein de graisses. Si la machine à laver était propre on aurait pu s'en servir. Ce serait mieux si l'hôte laisse des produits ménagers sous la main, pour que les voyageurs les utilises de suites

Alugamos o apartamento para 4, no entanto, havia roupa de banho incompleta para 3, assim como utensílios de cozinha, garfos e facas apenas para 2 . Quando chegamos deparamos que o comando dos portões de acesso estava partido, o apartamento não estava limpo com a higiene devida: muito pó, beatas de cigarro amontoadas na esquina da janela, os armários da cozinha cheios de gordura e marcas de maos, frigorífico sujo, só estava uma cama feita com o resguardo imundo que colava ao lençol, procuramos nos armários, mas só encontramos uma capa de edredom manchada e lençóis que não pareciam lavados, encontramos no dia a seguir, por baixo da cama, o resto da roupa, mas também não parecia limpa. Por ironia, tivemos que fazer a limpeza do apartamento antes de o utilizar, e no final recebemos mensagem que o tínhamos que deixar limpo. Assim fizemos, mas faz-me concluir que a limpeza é só feita pelos clientes.
