Excellent stay!

Location was great, very clean and tidy, host was very helpful with details and photos of location and how to enter properly etc. The apartment was a good size for price point and had good amenities which made our stay comfortable.

Sofa bed was a little small and wasn’t very comfortable on an evening to sleep on but main bedroom was great with a comfortable bed.

The sofa in the living is a little bit too small for 2 people, even if you sleep with a kid and definitely too short for someone with hight more that 1,65 sm

Situé en centre ville. 1er étage. Chambre plutôt au calme mais gros travaux prévus bientôt dans la cour sur les garages vont faire appart. Bruits à venir. Aménagement correct de l'appartement même si pas de sdb mais douche + petit lavabo dans chambre. Tisane café à disposition Sol et sanitaires propres. Voisins assez calmes

Ameublement spartiate - meubles tous sont inconfortables : - le canapé et son assise rembourrés de noyaux de pêche (pas récent et mérite un bon nettoyage), - le lit pas récent (an 90 ?!) (pas de sommier, matelas (?) une mousse fine et déformée), la proprio dit que nouveau matelas en commande - les table et tabourets très, trop hauts, - tapis à nettoyer (acariens) ou à enlever. Cafetière (fuit) et bouilloire, nécessitent nettoyage, beaucoup de calcaire. Draps moches et tout chiffonnés - Oreillers bas de gamme faits de carrés de mousse, pas bon pour cervicales Occultation moyenne, volets chambres mauvais états, rideaux trops petits. Dans salon, mauvaise occultation si on y dort. Bruits de fond audibles quand les séchoirs du lavomatic du rdc fonctionnent, ouvert de 7 à 21h... mais pratique si on a besoin de laver ou secher. Note 8.7 sans doute surrestimée comme la majorité des rentables locations courtes durées et trop chère en rapport qualité/prix. A propos du site : comment sait on que la tva et la taxe sont bien reversées aux collectivités ??

Appartement très bien situé à proximité de tout commerce très calme

Salle de bain dans une chambre pas trop d'intimité je conseillerais de revoir ça si possible flouter des parois. Revoir le matelas et pour finir revoir le plan de travail où il y a les tabourets car je trouve ça trop pour manger faudrait le redescendre de 15 cm

¡Muy bien!

El apartamento es bonito, nuevo y completo, con todos los electrodomésticos y muchos detalles. Hay una estación de tren a 5 minutos caminando. Ahí mismo pasa el bus para ir a Disney y llegas en media hora. Para ir a Paris tarda lo mismo y te deja en gare del est.

Las camas. Una pena con lo bonito y nuevo que es todo, que la cama sea incomoda y el sofá cama peor. (Además no estaba preparado cuando reservamos para 3 personas). Al final duermes porque estás agotado de todo el día pero como recomendación para que sea excelente, se podrían renovar colchones y sábanas. Y poner alguna silla baja para que sea más cómodo comer para una persona mayor. (La mesa es muy alta con taburetes)

Buenas de relación calidad/ precio

El apartamento es pequeño pero muy funcional, tiene todo lo necesario y está muy cerca de la estación de tren y autobús.

Lo único el sofá cama es un poco incómodo y pequeño. Nos dejaron un colchón inflable que usamos también.

Séjour agréable en famille mais nous ne lourons plus ce logement

Petit logement bien placé

Contrairement a ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif ce logement est fait pour 2 personnes et non 4. La douche se trouve dans la chambre, et le lavabo, egalement dans la chambre , n est pas un lavabo mais un lave mains Au niveau couchage, le lit dans la chambre a besoin de changer de matelas, nous sentons les ressorts du sommier, le protège matelas est loin d être propre; le canapé dans le séjour en 120 , n’est pas fait pour 2 adultes et est extrêmement dur. Les draps sont limites;et la douche dans la chambre n’est pas confortable pour venir en famille.
