Prachtige ligging, mooi uitzicht over champagnevelden. ruime kamers en sfeervol ingericht
De staat van de voorzieningen was niet geweldig. deksel pedaalemmer kapot, handvat koelkast kapot. borden en glazen waren niet goed afgewassen.

Woning heeft een prachtig uitzicht en een rustige locatie. Ruime kamers en badkamers. Zeer leuk terras maar tuinmeubelen (stoelen) zijn ook aan vervanging toe.
Woning is verouderd en kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. De hygiene kan veel beter. Keukengerief (pannen en potten) zijn versleten en dringend aan vervanging toe.
