About this villa rental
Outside, guests can enjoy stunning green spaces spread around the villa, featuring a variety of trees and flowers. The outdoor area consists of several spaces and settings designed for different purposes, ranging from sunbathing to outdoor dining. It features a relaxing saltwater infinity pool, right next to an outdoor hot tub. A sauna and Turkish bath, exclusively for SerendiVilla guests, will be available soon. The outdoor areas are connected to the interior of the villa via sliding doors located all around it.
Upon entering the villa, the use of open, airy spaces immediately catches the eye, as does the way natural light floods the entire interior. The entrance leads directly to a spacious living room, featuring a uniquely designed wood-burning fireplace and a large sofa nine meters long. Adjacent to this living room is a sitting area with direct access to the pool area and a large dining room that seats 10 guests. In this dining room, there is an island featuring a Japanese teppanyaki grill for live cooking and preparing special meals; it also opens directly onto the terrace. The open kitchen, with an island at its center, is fully equipped with high-end appliances.
On the upper floor, you’ll also find the master suite—a space designed for relaxation and enjoyment—featuring a master bedroom with access to the terrace, a walk-in closet, and a fully equipped en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms with built-in closets, a full bathroom, and another walk-in closet are located on the same floor.
On the first floor, you’ll find another full bathroom, two bedrooms with storage space, a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing station, a garage with an automatic door that can accommodate five large cars, and a fully equipped gym.
One of SerendiVilla’s many amenities is its centralized system, which allows you to control the following via an app: intercom, central heating, blinds, lights, security, and access key.
The villa’s location is unbeatable, as it is situated in a very quiet area of Salamanca, yet with everything you need close at hand. SerendiVilla is just 5 km from Salamanca’s Plaza Mayor, with a bike path connecting it right from the villa’s front door; it’s also 15 minutes from the Salamanca airport. The property has excellent access to the Community of Madrid, located 150 km away.
Furthermore, Salamanca is one of the most visited cities on the Iberian Peninsula thanks to its status as a World Heritage Site, featuring Spain’s oldest university, two magnificent cathedrals, and a multitude of churches and palaces. You can enjoy the bars and restaurants, which offer a wide variety of culinary and wine options featuring top-quality local products. There are facilities for both indoor and outdoor sports, such as the Aldehuela sports complex, just 4 km from the villa. Another 4 km from the town lies Isla del Soto, a wonderful spot where nature lovers can take a stroll and enjoy all that this magical corner has to offer.
