Villa Fragrancia Unico 4 Bedroom Villa Perfect For Families Pool

The villa is very spacious with enough room and bathrooms for all 7 of us. Lots of wardrobe space in the bedrooms. All of the bathrooms were big and had a bath. The outdoor kitchen was great as was the pool (although it is not heated) There was also a big pile of beach towels for us to use which was handy. There were games available in the living room plus wifi access. The pool table and table tennis table in the games room are great. The garden is a sun trap and enclosed and private. The Villa manager was very helpful and friendly whenever we needed to contact her. There is a lovely restaurant at the end of the road called Quirinu's and a couple of others just around the corner. The big supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. It's very easy to get an Uber taxi to get around if you want to go further.

There was nothing that we didnt like but there were a few niggly things that could be improved on. The villa is lovely but a bit dated decor wise (all of the bathroom suites were different colours) All of the mattreses on the beds were hard. The villa is very loud and echoey as it is all tiled floors and marble like stairs etc. There are no rugs or soft furnishings (apart from thin curtains over the windows which had shutters) so you can hear all conversations downstairs if you're upstairs etc. It can also make it a bit chilly inside in the evenings. To start with our oven wouldn't work which we later found out was because the gas cannister wasn't connected to the supply outside. A few more basics in the kitchen would have been useful as there were no baking trays to use to cook food in the oven. There are also no main rubbish bins at the villa so you need to take your rubbish and recycling up to the main road and find the big dustbins. Again not a problem as such but it would have been useful to have some instructions on where to take the rubbish each day. Our villa manager was quick to reply when we messaged her though. 🙂
