Room decor and furnishings up to date and great. Bed very comfortable. Roof terrace with jacuzzi relaxing with nice breeze abd plenty of comfortable seating. Only negative was the sound from the bus stop right in front. Thank you

Property was as advertised. Very comfortable. Jose (on site manager) was outstanding. Immediately available. Neighborhood was near perfect. Out of major tourist area; but 2 blocks from beach and a very short walk to Malecon. Ley (grocery store ) is one block away and you are just steps from many great little restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dos 35! Jose was very helpful for any needs we had. Martha always did a good job cleaning. We plan to be back!
Here are some helpful details.
Pros:
*Air conditioners in living room and bedroom - if you need them. We shut the 2 patio doors in the bedroom at night and were comfortable with just the ceiling fan going.
*Beautiful beach 2 blocks away.
*Bottled drinking water dispensed by kitchen tap
*Bus stop across the street.
*Comfortable bed and soft sheets.
*Common areas (halls, entry way, pool area) kept very clean.
*Good airflow through the condo keeps the condo cool as long as the temperature is 84F or cooler.
*Good water pressure in the shower.
*Good quality towels.
*House cleaning 2x a week if you stay 2 weeks or more.
*Nice area on the roof with the hot tub for sun and sunsets.
*Smart TVs in living room and bedroom
*Laundry with modern coin operated washer and dryer on first floor. (Buy 2 special laundry tokens for 50 pesos from José to do wash and dry.)
*Ley's supermarket (owned by Safeway) around the block.
*Oxxo convenience store on the corner - only a few doors away.
*Many restaurants in walking distance.
Cons (minimal):
*Noise from bus stop and school across the street.
*City noise could bother some people.
*No dining room table but the counter and stools were fine for us.
*Slippery shower floor (we bought bath mats at Woolworth's since we stayed 25 days).
