Check in was easy. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location being close to Lucas Oil stadium. Plenty of space for our group of 6

We had several people staying in the duplex. We cooked and baked in the kitchen, which was well equipped. When we had a problem with the coffee maker, the host responded quickly and took care of it. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living space was ideal for a large group. I think the description failed to mention the pleasant back porch and small sitting area on the front porch

We visited Indy for a wedding at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb. There was 4 adults and 1 toddler and we had plenty of room. The house was clean and the area seemed safe. We would definitely stay here again.

House was great & had virtually everything you would need for a long weekend or a weeks vacation. It's nice to be just outside the city so you can relax & wind down at the end of the day but also hop in a car or Uber and be in downtown within 10 minutes.

This townhouse is GORGEOUS! Beautifully furnished with ample supplies. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and were greeted with an amazing goodie bag of Swiftie related treats. We were also left bottle of wine and some snacks. Any questions I had were answered immediately. This place was amazing!

Clean, fully stocked, in a beautiful renovated neighborhood with a great view of the Indianapolis skyline. Extra touches were added to make this feel more like home. Us tired moms loved the coffee bar. We will definitely book again next year!

Our travel volleyball team takes us to Indy 1-2x year. This was a great place to stay with a few teammates and have a home away from home. We were especially happy with the neighborhood - many took walks in the unseasonally warm weather. Plenty of room for the kids to gather separately from the parents. Thanks for a nice visit, we are already plannig a return visit :)

When we arrived, Sarah left me a bottle of wine with a card welcoming us to her home. That was so nice of her! The home was very clean and beautiful! The only complaint I have is, there weren't enough toilet paper and trash bags available. But that is minor, I think. We brought some extra toilet paper with us. The location is nice, it's close to a school. It's also close to many things in the downtown area of Indy. The price was just right for our group of 13 women. We would rent from Sarah again if we come back to Indianapolis. Plenty of bathrooms too!

6 children and 4 parents. Traveling from Chicago for the Monumental Marathon. Beautiful property with plenty of space for the 10 of us. Just enough for the kids to do in the area and easy in and out. Local brewery was amazing. Will definitely book again!

We stayed here with six children four and under and it was a great layout and setup for kids! There is enough room in the bedrooms for a pack n play. Very spacious and nicely decorated. The location is close to the childrens museum and easy travel to some restaurants and breweries. Owner was easy to work with.
