The rooms were clean and it is a great location. The cot was broken so it did eliminate one of the sleeping areas, but some of our group canceled last minute so it didn't inconvenience us.

The house was perfect for two families of 4 to share. We enjoyed the kitchen and living room areas to hang out and the porch space was relaxing. The coffee bar setup was great. The beds were comfortable! Thanks so much for a great stay in Indy.
