Not sure why there is any negative feedback on this villa. It was exceptional. 4 of us stayed here and it was the best accommodation we ever booked as a regular traveller. House was immaculate. Had plenty of facilities and consisted of 3 floors. Great kitchen, comfy sitting room beds were memory foam. Plenty fans around to cool down. 15 minute walk from both old town and new town. Host was exceptional always on WhatsApp available for any queries of issues. Pool was great as well. Very modern up to date for a holiday villa. No noise so peaceful. Lidl, supermarkets everything near by.
Awkward to get a taxi and most drivers don’t recognise the address available but just get off at 34 street at Lidl and it’s across the road!

Loved having our own Pool. Proximity to local shops. Very helpful owners / facilities.
Absence of Air Conditioning but not really too much of an issue as there is always a breeze in Lanzarote so windows left open cools the villa down.
