All is great except sound proof system , you can clearly hear neighbors. However, location, facilities are extremely good

Загалом сподобалось все, зупиняємось тут не 1 раз
завжди подобається
Мінусів немає як таких
Єдине, що прибирання потрібне трохи краще
Наприклад пилюка від розеток до всіх світильників
Але не вважаю це за суттєвий мінус , так як це легко вирішити)

Overall room design is good and if you are on upper floor you have nice view of Kiew. Also the view from the roof (30. floor) is great. The fridge and kitchen inventory allows for cooking in the apartment. There is also a 24h store over the street and delivery service.
It's not a hotel, there is no breakfast, no room service und so on. There is a fitness room and a sauna. The sauna is a minimalist version of the nordic sauna - no ⌛, the towels you have to bring from the apartment.
