Die Größe des Hauses und der Garten mit Pool sind ausgezeichnet.
Die Möblierung und die im April notwendige Heizung sind nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Die Heizung ist ein Ofen, der wenig Wärme im gesamten Haus verteilt. Die Möbel sind alt, durchgesessen und wenig gemütlich. Eine solide 8,0.
