Atendimento da cozinha a noite não é bom a funcionária não esconde a insatisfação ao tratar com os hóspedes.

Atendimento cordial, fácil localização, quartos limpos, ótima pressão da água do chuveiro , banho prazeroso, café da manhã com opções tradicionais da culinária nordestina.
Porta do banheiro n fechava, estacionamento fica uns 50 metros do hotel, as vezes tu quer pegar algo no carro e tem ir andando , etc, tem q ligar num numero p eles abrirem ao chegar. Ao sair, tu avisa na portaria e a moça fica de olho nas câmeras e abre. Achei os degraus da escada curtos, requerem atenção principalmente com idosos.

O hotel é como nas fotos, sem surpresas. Limpo. Com recepção 24h
O serviço é péssimo, pedi jantar e demorou 2 horas para ficar pronto. Um valor alto do jantar para o serviço. com certeza. Não avisaram da demora, depois pedi uma coberta demoraram quase uma hora para levar para mim. Realmente ruim o serviço
