Très bien situé en centre ville, cet appartement au rez de chaussée offre tout le confort. Accueil à distance via une vidéo WhatsApp.
Deux bémols, l'isolation phonique entre les appartements, les toilettes n'étaient pas nickel et il n'y avait qu'un rouleau de PQ bien entamé. Propriétaire très laconique dans l'échange Whatsapp.
