We had a wonderful stay in this apartment with terrace. The host is very profesional and helpful and we were very surprised by the location; 100m from the beach! Clean, comfortable and with a beautiful terrace. 10 out of 10!

Location one minute from beach front. Pool was very clean and quiet. Apartment spotless with everything you need. Very secure building. Good communication with host.

La posizione dell'appartamento è uno dei pochi punti a favore! E' vicino al centro di Los Cristianos a a 10 minuti a piedi da Las Américas. Il letto é abbastanza comodo ma i cuscini andrebbero migliorati.
Lo stabile dove si trova l'appartamento è fatiscente, l'androne, le scale e gli ascensori sono sporchi e puzzolenti; non abbiamo mai visto persone per la pulizia delle parti comuni. Nell'ingresso del condominio, dal momento che é un poco rientrato rispetto alla strada, c'è un forte odore di urina, forse di notte viene usato come gabinetto! Inoltre il miniappartamento è stato realizzato dividendo un alloggio più grosso senza porre in essere il benché minimo isolamento acustico daii vicini.
