These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, nature trails with observation towers, and a dog park. The Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children's programming.
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Delaware

Excelente property very clean, location is fantastic, back to water with screened in porch for relaxing, biking, pools, golf, many indoor and outdoor activities very prompt place for family and like 5 min to beach with free shuttle .

Home was clean upon arrival at 3 pm. We didn’t realize one of the beds had no sheets on it. Called 800 number 3 times that night while they were polite we had no resolution to the problem. The next day, the office called me and offered compensation which was very satisfactory. I found the 1st floor bedroom bed was not comfortable. Bathroom was great. Shower had plenty of room, with a shelf and a seat if you needed it. Plenty of hot water after my son adjusted hot water heater which was set on “vacation”. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Loved the screened in back porch.

the house was perfect for us. All of the conveniences for a great stay. Bayside is a perfect family vacation site. Our family has rented homes in this area since 2009.

This house is two stories with a loft area. The loft is a great hang out place for your teenagers. The screened in porch is a perfect place to relax while hearing the fountain in the pond. The Master bedroom is private from the other bedrooms. The kitchen isn’t big but you shouldn’t be cooking every day on vacation so it served its purpose. We had a great time and would rent again.
