The house was lovely, and the on-site staff tried to be helpful. However, the floors were not clean and we found underwear and toys under furniture. In addition, WiFi went on and off so often that it was available only about 25% of the time we were there despite frequent calls to the property manager. On the last morning there, we were unable to make coffee because of an error message on the coffee maker saying it needed to be descaled. There were no instructions or materials provided for doing this. When we documented all this to the property manager, we were told we should get some compensation, but we never heard from anyone again.
