My husband, pup and I enjoyed a wonderful trip! The updated villa is great for an active beach vacation. About .5 mile walk from the beach and shorter trip to the general store for candy, ice cream and other treats. There are walking and biking trails through Palmetto Dunes, which were nearby and the golf driving range was right behind the villa. Also only a couple steps away from the pool, which was great, although since it was busy season was fairly loud. Parking was also a challenge as the lot was very crowded.
Although the photos don’t showcase the updated patio, the villa now has a beautiful deck along the full backside - which was a very pleasant surprise! There’s even a hose so you can easily clean off after the beach.
The managing company was great to work with and answered all of the questions we had very quickly. Their partnership with gear rental was also helpful so we didn’t have to pack as many beach necessities.
Would definitely recommend this rental!

649 Queen Grant Villa is the perfect getaway! My husband and I are ready to book it again for next year. It is perfectly located just a few steps from the pool and is very close to the beach. It's also convenient to all of the great restaurants and shopping Hilton Head has to offer. The Villa itself is decorated perfectly and completely updated. We absolutely LOVED it!
