The reason I picked this place because they had a nice pool area. The kids could not swim because the water was too cold. I was very disappointed about that. The beds are pretty lumpy, they should be replaced.

Great location if you want easy beach access and the Xplorie deals were a huge plus.
I need to point out that where the listing reads “sofa bed” - these are not hide a beds, they are sleep on the couch. Fortunately it was our 7 year old that needed to perch there, because it wasn’t very big or comfy.
I wouldn’t put the late sleepers in the loft beds as it is directly above the kitchen and common area and it is not a closed off room.
I am pointing these things out to future renters to consider, we had a great time. It could definitely use some interior updates which I don’t think were accurate in the pictures, but again - it was clean, we had what we needed, and didn’t run into any unexpected issues.

This unit is tired. Pieces of broken trim, missing handles, stained ceilings, old carpet, faded furniture, chipped mirrors...the list goes on. On the plus side, the grounds are beautiful, the view lovely, and the beds are comfy. For the price, we wouldn't stay here again, though. It is really more of a 2* condo.
