The villa features two bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing ample space for a family or group of friends. Natural light fills the living spaces through sliding doors, offering breathtaking views of the 18th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones Course and the majestic Live Oaks draped in Spanish moss. Step onto the spacious deck, complete with two large tables, chairs, and a propane grill, perfect for outdoor dining while enjoying the stunning surroundings. Keep an eye out for a family of deer grazing nearby in the early evening. This beautifully located villa is just a 5 minute walk to the lagoon bridge and down a private path with lush landscaping to an uncrowded beach.

We have been coming to the island for years- it is our families favorite vacation spot! This was our first time in this part of Palmetto Dunes. We enjoyed the condo as well as its location to beach access. The amenities with Explorie were great to have access too. The condo was beautiful and very clean! Suited our families needs perfectly!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean, bright and cheery. The kitchen was very well stocked beyond the essentials. The space was well decorated with a great layout.

This property was in a great location, about a 5-8 minute walk to the beach, close to pickleball, golf and tennis and right on the 18th fairway of the Trent Jones course, so lots of good golf watching. The bed was pretty comfortable and the kitchen had literally everything you could think of. The cupboards were full of stuff.
We were there for a working vacation and had some issues with the router that required our company IT involvement to allow us to work over the unit's Wi-Fi. The desk set-up in the upstairs bedroom was a nice work area.
Communication and responsiveness from the management company was very good. The air conditioning wasn't working when we got there, but management responded very quickly when we informed them and it was fixed right away.
The Xplorie benefits are nice - we took advantage of free golf while we were there.
My biggest issue with the property is that it smells VERY musty. There were large deodorizer canisters tucked behind things and in corners in several places on the first floor, so they appear aware of the issue. The smell would make me not stay there again even though the unit is otherwise very good.
