The kitchen features a beautiful Corian countertop with bar seating for 2, along with a dining table that comfortably seats 6. All appliances have been recently updated, including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, a microwave, a flat top range, a dishwasher, and a full-size washer and dryer, ensuring all the comforts of home.
In the living room, you'll find a cozy sofa, a love seat, a swivel chair, end tables with lamps, and a coffee table. For your entertainment, there's a flat-screen TV, a VCR, and a DVD player. We were able to make a number of improvements in the unit. We replaced the light in the front closet with a new LCD light, added a "MesH' system to improve the "WF" service, sealed the Dining table and chairs and the coffee table and end tables. They now look brand new. Plus a number of minor items were accomplished.

My husband and I stayed in this unit and our daughter and son stayed nearby with their guests/families. If you are looking for elegant luxury this probably isn’t your place , but if you want somewhere that’s comfortable and feels like home I think you will be happy here. The decor is dated but the fabulous ocean view makes up for any drawbacks. We made wonderful memories with our children and grandchildren and hope to return next year.
Also, if you have any seniors in your party I think they will like the seat and wall grip in the master shower. I am disabled and this made me feel safer.

Condo is in desperate need of updating and deep cleaning. It is a very noisy complex with loud music, yelling, running and door slamming at all hours.
