This review could get long, but I am looking to help out a first time sea colony visitor like my family! We are from NYC and are a husband and wife and 5yo daughter.
I’ll start with Sea Colony in general- absolutely amazing. Tons of properties, and the ones near the beach have a different vibe from the ones further back like this one. There is a tram to use but we actually chose to drive and had no issue parking. So many amenities, so many things to do we didn’t even begin to experience them all. Super clean, quiet, well maintained and family oriented.
Now, for this awesome condo!
I am always hesitant to book these things because pictures are often better than real life… however this place was even nicer in person than in the pics! Excellent location- 2 min walk to the pool and tennis courts. 5 minutes from the boardwalk, grocery stores, gas station, beach. There is so much attention to detail in this property- the decor is beautiful and of good quality. The space is immaculately clean- cleaner than any 5 star hotel I have been in. There are two large bedrooms, one with a king bed and master bath, one with a full bed that pulls out to twin with an office and another bath. Both bathrooms look brand new. The kitchen is also super clean and so well equipped- every single kitchen tool you need, they have. The washer and dryer were right off the kitchen in the laundry room and are brand new as well. We loved the spacious living room/ dining area, but my fav was the large screened in porch. We spent many quiet early mornings and evenings there, just enjoying the space. My only issue was the master king bed- the bed is a bit harder than I am used to (personal preference though), but the frame and headboard creaked with any slight movement and felt a bit off balance/ crooked. This is to me a minor issue because I slept like a rock all nights after long days in the sun. All in all, amazing stay and we cannot wait to go back! Was trying to recommend the property to a friend though for September, and I see all dates blacked out so I am not sure if this is only rented on certain dates etc.

We enjoyed our stay at this Sea Colony rental on the tennis court side. The bathrooms were really nice having been renovated recently. It's a two bedroom, so perfect for a family with a few kids or just adults. My family also enjoyed the screened in porch. Great location with easy access to the beach via the Sea Colony shuttle. Walk to tennis, swimming pools, and gym. I would absolutely stay here again!

This unit’s picture makes the space look MUCH bigger than it is. Furniture HUGE in the master. Shocked that there wasn’t ANY pantry for food and NO hairdryers? REALLY? We’ve rented properties for the past 15 years in Sea Colony. Not this one again!!
