In 2020, the 38-square-meter one-room apartment was freshly renovated.
The combined living/sleeping area is equipped with a multifunctional fold-out bed (160 x 200 cm); when folded down, the unit serves as a dining table, which retracts under the bed when the bed is unfolded.
In addition, the brightly furnished living area offers a sweeping view of the Baltic Sea from the cozy couch and features a satellite/cable Smart TV, Wi-Fi, internet radio, and a Blu-ray player. Board games and books are also available for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is located in the apartment’s entryway and features a dishwasher, an induction cooktop with a range hood, an oven with a built-in microwave, and a fridge-freezer combo. You’ll also find a coffee maker, egg cooker, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.
A closet with ample storage space has been built into the hallway leading to the bathroom. The bathroom, which receives natural light, is equipped with a bathtub and a glass shower enclosure, as well as a hair dryer and a mirror cabinet.
The east-facing balcony is furnished with aluminum patio furniture and is the perfect spot for a cozy breakfast.
Dogs are allowed upon request.
A crib and high chair can be provided upon request.
