This condo is a great location with a fantastic view of the ocean. Bring your own clothes hangers and if you prefer a Kureig over a Mr. Coffee, you may want to bring a single cup Kureig with you. I bring my own. Overall, the condo is nice, just needs some TLC. The view is worth it!!

Absolutely beautiful unit, fantastic location and breathtaking view. Everything is awesome...except beds, some adjustments would be really on time (last night my husband had to sleep on the floor). Once in a while some furniture has to be replaced, it's really shame not to have a good sleep in the place like this.

This was a clean unit with a beautiful view of the beach and night sky! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked.

The Sea Colony is great. This unit is dated but worked for our needs. Both of the beds though are so bad and uncomfortable. It’s time for them to be replaced.
