We have stayed in this unit before and it’s a great location! It accommodated us well. Updated kitchen is nice and supplies were ok.

The carpets were very dirty. The bathrooms were just ok. We had to vacuum the sofa and lounge chairs on the first day.

This unit was great for us. Sea Colony is a great place to stay and this is one of the largest units available. Vacasa provided sheets, a ton of towels, and starters of toilet paper/paper towels/soap, which was very helpful. The unit is in good shape: the ice maker worked, the AC was able to keep everyone cool, the TVs worked, there are a few games and puzzles, there are a ton of extra blankets available (I have no idea if they are ever washed - though they were not dirty), there are lots of chairs on the balcony, well-stocked kitchen. We did not use the pull-out couch, but small kids slept on the small flip chair/beds. We'd rent this until again.

We love staying at Sea Colony on beach, but this unit was very tired and did not seem cared well cared for. We loved the location and the ample space in the unit and of course the large terrace. Also had large TV in the LR and TVs in all the bedrooms. The good part was that the kitchen was redone, although the coffee maker and toaster have seen better days (such an easy and inexpensive fix for the owner). The carpet stains were disgusting and made it seem like the unit was not clean. The master king bed was fine, but the beds in the other 2 rooms were terrible. The shower curtain in the master bath had mold on it. 2 of the 3 lights on the bathroom fixture were broken. Again - so simple to change lightbulbs and get a new shower curtain. The bathroom mats were also old and dirty. I am not sure if the cleanliness issue was due to owner maintenance or Vacasa housekeeping. One thing that was definitely a housekeeping issue was that when we came to the unit the door was wide open instead of locked, there was some trash still left on the floor and no toilet paper, soap or shampoo in the master bath. I called Vacasa and they did remedy this supply situation that evening. But i wonder if they actually finished cleaning the unit and meant to come back. Also, our beds were made by throwing 2 flat sheets on the mattress so I needed to remake the bed so the bottom flat sheet was tucked in and covered the mattress. Yuck. Such simple things to get right to make one's stay more comfortable.
