Nice first floor condo. Perfect for a family of four.

We loved being on the ground floor and this was a really nice unit. Two frustrations: First, Sea Colony was not renting umbrellas to the whole beach, only a small section in front of Edgewater. Why do they get the umbrella rentals? We all paid the same resort fees. Second, there is no ramp access from the back of Chesapeake house to the beach without using the elevator or stairs. Had to lug beach cart down one flight of stairs every day. Otherwise, had a great trip.
