Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The home was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, close to restaurants and stores, close to a pool, and close to the beach. It was ideal for our family vacation!

The space and layout of this house are awesome. It’s an easy walk to the beach. A pool is steps away as is a tram stop. And Vacasa staff were great helping us with any questions, needs, or issues.

House was great, not a bad walk to the beach…4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, kitchen/living room/dining room area was nice as well.
