Just a stroll to the resort's private beach and oceanfront pools, this freshly-painted one-level coastal getaway has new flooring throughout and is home to a balcony, living and dining area with a new sofa and dining table, full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms including the primary suite. There is new bedroom furniture and all new mattresses, along with updated bathrooms that have new countertops and fixtures too! Central air conditioning and a washer/dryer provide added convenience. Three new flatscreen TVs, two Blu-rays, free WiFi, a new Keurig coffee maker, and a new desk in the bedroom for working remotely. This condo is accessible without stairs.
Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.
**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.

Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

204 Brandywine was a great beach escape for our little family. It is close to the ocean as well as the many community pools. Parking was close and convenient and it had everything we needed with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living room/dining room was spacious for a 2br/2bath, could easily sit 8 people around the table. No beach view, but that didn’t matter to us when we were so close we could just walk to see the ocean. Had a great stay!

This two-bedroom unit is fine, but it’s frustrating that the owners put little effort into keeping them somewhat up-to-date. It doesn’t need to be fancy or high-end, but it would have been nice if the kitchen and bathrooms were not from the 1980s.
