New Hardwood floors! This updated townhome is in the heart of Mount Pleasant and just 10 minutes to Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms and downtown Charleston. Take a dip in the community pool just steps from the front door (April - Oct. ) Or, take a quick walk to local shops and restaurants.
Enjoy two bedrooms each with comfy queen beds and ensuite bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The spacious living room provides a queen pullout couch and cable TV with apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials including a Keurig for your morning cup of joe.
The front porch is great to hang out and enjoy the sun or grill up your favorites for dinner. Afterwards, stay in and watch a movie on the flat screen with access to all of your favorite shows and apps.

House is close to everything we needed including the beach. We rented for a wedding and it was literally 5 min away. Host was responsive and made checkin easy. House was clean and just amount of room for 7-8 people

Great Location. The house was immaculate. Hosts were so nice and immediately responsive. I would have 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in Mt Pleasant. The owner is quick to respond and was flexible with an extra hour check out (which we didn't end up using). Nice location with convenient access to Charleston and nearby beaches. Townhouse is as described. On our last night we happened to notice prior water leaks painted over in the ceiling. No big deal. But then we saw the air vents on the ceiling, The living room vent shows a significant amount of black mold spots inside the vent (visible from the outside with a flashlight). I wasn't comfortable being there after seeing this and was glad we were leaving the next morning.
