L'appartement est bien équipé, dans une résidence calme et dans un quartier résidentiel.
Le garage est bien trop étroit, c'est une vraie galère pour garer la voiture, d'autant plus que le logement est loin de tout, il faut prendre la voiture pour n'importe quel déplacement.
Ça nous a un peu gâché le séjour.

There was no breakfast; the location was in a residential area, so finding a close by restaurant for breakfast proved to be a challenge. Best to make breakfast in the apartment as very good facilities.
Location was not the best for business travellers, however, the apartment made up for the not so great location.

Vue sur la mer et le vieux Nice avec une grande terrasse.
Appartement fonctionnel et conforme à l’annonce.
Le personnel Top à l’écoute et bienveillant
Quelques améliorations à apporter : vaisselle à compléter (pas assez de couverts, assiettes, pas de tire bouchon, manque cintres dans les armoires…) et quelques objets à remplacer (séchoir à linge rouillé, barbecue et chaises longues extérieures inutilisables).
Place de parking très étroite. Il ne faut pas une voiture large et difficile de se garer à l’extérieur.

The space and the decor.
The location was horrible if depending on taxis and Ubers. Would recommend location if you have car to come and go. Bedding was also dirty, reached out to owner and was never given a status. Ran out of tissue. also description stated that location had 3 bedrooms but it was 1 full bath, one half bath.
