Welcome to Luau I 6305 located in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort! This elegant studio condo features modern furnishings with cool, coastal décor. Enjoy resort living and beach access without beachfront prices! Luau was built in 2006 and sits on the highest ridge on Sandestin and has wonderful views. It's a short walk to the beach from the pool deck! The access is beside the Beach House restaurant (formerly Elephant Walk). Luau amenities are fabulous! There's a 4000 s.f. saltwater pool with swim under waterfall, kiddie pool, fitness center and grill area. For the conveniences and amenities, you can't beat Luau in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort's 2400 acres boasts 72 holes of golf, the gorgeous pool with two hot tubs, 14 tennis courts, a full service spa and fitness center, ziplining, a 98 slip marina with available jet ski and kayak rentals, and boat parking can be arranged with Baytowne Wharf for an additional charge. If that weren't enough, Sandestin's fabulous sugar white beaches are a short car ride away!

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
*In order to keep our prices as low as possible, prices listed do not include beach service. This gives our guests the option of purchasing beach set-ups on their own, if desired. Beach set-ups, which consist of 2 chairs and an umbrella, run around $25/day or $120/week.

Every morning there was a beautiful sunrise with a view of the Gulf from the balcony ! This condo was exactly as described and very comfortable. The bed was perfect for me ,not too hard and not too soft. The kitchenette had everything I needed for my stay as well . Parking was very close to the elevator which was nice.

My husband, our 2 children, and I stayed here for 5 nights. The room was very clean and it was a short walk to the beach. In the description of the room, it states that linens are provided. When we arrived, we found that there were 6 towels and wash clothes. I messaged them to see how to get extras. I was then told that there was a shortage of towels and wash clothes and I would have to PAY to wash them. Later that day, I looked for extra pillows (the ones on the beds were paper thin), I found 2 extra in the closets. I messaged again and asked for 2 more pillows. I was then asked to verify that there was a total of 6 pillows in the room. I told them there was but there were 4 of us in the room. I was then asked once again if there 6 pillows in the room. I did not respond because I was not going to argue with them over pillows. We paid a lot of money for this condo and then had to send a lot of money washing towels and wash clothes. I would not stay here again!
