Surrounded by olive trees and the quiet of the Mediterranean countryside, Trulli del Podere offers a private pool, large panoramic outdoor areas and can accommodate up to 10 people. A unique retreat where the charm of the Apulian tradition meets comfort, privacy and unforgettable views.
The property is located on a small hill that offers beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding countryside, creating an atmosphere of absolute relaxation just a few minutes from one of the most fascinating places in Puglia.
Trulli del Podere consists of a characteristic stone blade with attached trullo and a second independent structure overlooking the pool. In the main building there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table overlooking the sea, a double bedroom with direct access to outdoor spaces and a bathroom. In the suggestive stone trullo there is a second double bedroom with private bathroom, which retains all the charm of traditional Apulian architecture.
Next to the pool there is an independent structure that houses three bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom with shower and mini fridge, ensuring maximum comfort and autonomy for guests. One of the rooms also has a small private citrus grove with table and stove, a private corner where you can relax immersed in the scents of nature.
The heart of outdoor living is represented by the large covered living area with outdoor kitchen, dining area and lounge overlooking the pool and the sea. The elegant windows protect against the mistral storm, allowing you to experience these spaces in any season and at any time of the day. The property includes a stone barbecue and a traditional wood-burning oven, perfect for organizing convivial dinners and living authentic Apulian experiences.
The private pool of 5x10 meters, surrounded by greenery and equipped with sun loungers and outdoor shower, is the ideal place to relax on hot summer days enjoying the tranquility and the sea view.
The strategic position allows you to easily reach some of the region's most iconic destinations: Polignano a Mare is just 3 km away, Monopoli 7 km away, Castellana Grotte 12 km and Alberobello, a UNESCO heritage site and capital of the trulli, only 28 km away.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and we will arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and midnight is Eur 100.00.

Flexibility and Nice welcome from agency. Beautiful house but not at the level described :Kitchen is not well furnished neither practical for 10 guests It is presented as 5 bedrooms but it is a 4 bedroom , as 1 very small room is not adapted to adult stay, it should be a smaller bed for kid or single. And the view on the sea is not reality as the garden is not well maintained and the nice trees hide the sea view!!

This place is absolutely perfection. The pictures don’t do a justice to how beautiful the property is. 3 separate buildings. Very private. Pool was so fun to hang out in.
Communication with check in was seamless. We had a few towels and things missing. They responded and dropped off what we needed before we were even up the next morning.
Close to downtown Polignano. Close to stores.
10/10 recommend for anyone to stay.

We so enjoyed every aspect of this home; the layout was perfect for our family and friends. We enjoyed the fresh lemons, zucchinis from the garden, fresh herbs, the pool and all it's wonderful features. Wonderful kitchen and living space, we hung out there a lot.
The only complaint I do have is the drain system is slow and clogged in the kitchen as well in the truli guest house and the insects that come out from the shower drain and bathroom. I do recommend a good overall cleaning out of the drain system and fumigation for the bugs. This was the only discomfort and issue we had. Overall great host, and property manager was very communicative Patrizia excellent. I would return and enjoy this home again.

Fantastic!!! Wonderful pool, great outdoor space, cozy beds and delicious fruit, herbs and veggies grown right on the property. Pretty view of the sea and close to all the sights! Five minute drive to the sea!
