メール、電話、どちらの対応もきめ細やかで安心。
急な電話でのお願いも、電話に出られた方に裁量権があり、その場で相談、決定して頂けたのは、時間がタイトな旅行者にとって、とてもありがたい事でした。
対応の素晴らしさに、こちらが管理されている他のホテル（ロンサールリゾート伊良部）にも泊まってみたいと思いました。
何もかも付いてて、完璧でしたよ。
しいて言うなら、、、玄関の上がり框が高すぎるので、一段簡単なステップが欲しいこと、スープマグが欲しいこと、くらいです。
あっ、浴室乾燥が付いてること、もっとアピールしたほうが良いですよ～。
