Convenient location for reaching the city centre and the main areas.
The house, after some solved issues, became a very pleasant place to stay.
The staff is very reactive and answers very rapidly to any message sent. They were almost always compliant with our needs.
All in all it was ok, though a bit expensive for what it offers.
The house should be provided with appropriate items for eating and cooking, especially silverware, now lacking almost completely. We only found one knife, one teaspoon, some hashis and a baby set (that luckily had one more teaspoon, though small). Teacups were missing as well, and upon our request they denied to bring some.
The cleaning staff should clean more attentively.
