La Casa del Príncipe was commissioned by Pablo Alfonso de Metternich y Silva, 10th Count of Castillejo and 6th Prince of Metternich-Winneburg.
A property clearly designed for vacation use, commissioned from the architectural firm Harndem and Bombelli. Construction began in 1970 and was completed in 1973. It was restored in 2020 for use as a rural guesthouse.
It features 6 double rooms and one room with bunk beds; 5 of these rooms can accommodate an extra bed. A large 131-square-meter living-dining room with a fireplace, all laid out around a large courtyard featuring a central pool 11 meters in diameter.
