The location is ideal, quiet street area, the coffee pods are great, relaxing areas and comfy beds. Spacious rooms and communication pre arrival fantastic.

Getting the keys and accessing the apartment was an absolute nightmare. We were instructed to call or text a number when we were 20 minutes away so that someone could meet us at the property. Despite repeatedly calling the number provided, nobody answered. Our group of six, including four children, was left waiting outside the building in sweltering heat. Eventually, after trying a different phone number displayed on a sign outside the building, we finally managed to speak with someone. They then sent us a code for a lockbox to access the lobby, followed by another code for a lockbox containing the apartment keys on the fourth floor. It's worth noting that the lift was out of order and appeared to have been that way for quite some time. After carrying all our luggage up to the fourth floor, we discovered that the lockbox was completely empty. When I called again, I was told to go back downstairs to the lobby and search through a broom cupboard for a master set of keys. After all of this, we finally gained access to the apartment—only to find that our keys had been left on the table inside all along. The entire check-in process was extremely frustrating, poorly organised, and unnecessarily stressful. I was not impressed.
