    Really friendly staff, this place is home away from home, tucked in a nice quiet alleyway in Tapovan

    We stayed at this property with our family and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The behavior of the reception staff and the owner was not welcoming. We were allotted three rooms on the top floor. During our stay, a group of monkeys frequently came near that area, which made family members, especially children, feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The property owner lives on the ground floor, but we found his attitude towards guests to be unfriendly and unhelpful. We were also charged ₹500 for an extra bed. At the time of booking on Agoda, kitchen access was mentioned as an available facility. However, after booking, the owner informed us that the kitchen could not be used due to gas-related issues. Another concern was the parking charge of ₹300 for 12 hours, which increased the overall cost of the stay. Overall, we felt that guest comfort and hospitality were not given the importance they deserve. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this property, especially for families traveling with children.

    A beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The property is well decorated, has a lift, cold drinking water, clean washrooms with geysers, and a lovely rooftop view. The calming music sessions and in-house library add to the serene atmosphere. The staff is polite and helpful, and the location is convenient with easy access to autos for Ram Jhula and Nepali Farm Bus Stand. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Rishikesh

    The room we got felt very cramped — almost like a box, with no windows or natural light at all, just heavy curtains covering everything. It also had a portable AC, which was not very comfortable. Unfortunately, this trip did not go as expected. We were hoping to relax and enjoy a good property, but the actual experience was quite different from the reviews and pictures shown online.
