Nice house with perfect location. Everything you need and the garden and pool is very nice. 10 minute walk to the beach with small kids. Stores and restaurants also within walking distance. But unfortunately there is a problem that was not mentioned here on Booking.com
The air conditioner is placed in the living room and does not reach the second floor of the house. We had to move all the beds downstairs and sleep on the first floor. It was simply too warm and humid to sleep upstairs. Because of mosquitoes and bugs it was not an option with open windows (we tried).
This was a huge disappointment at this price.
Because of this we will not rent this house again. If they install a second AC upstairs we would rent this house again.
Also the communication with the rental company was slow and complicated. This is why Airbnb is much better.
