The best place to explore lake Como!

The apartment is the perfect size for 2 persons, 3 as well I can imagine. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is beautiful, between the locals and some other tourists. The neighbourhood is quiet and the locals are friendly. Beds and bathroom, as wel as the kitchen have everything you need and are of good quality. We had a fan in the bedroom to cool us at night (during the day temps were 30-37 Celsius). The walk to Domaso takes 20 minutes, 30 minutes to a beach spot with shade. We did it thrice with beach luggage (no chairs). I recommend to do it at least once to try. Parking near beach is possible but paid from 08:00-20:00, €1/hr, €8 day ticket. Very affordable but a spot is NOT guaranteed, even after 20:00.

The nice lady who gave us the keys didn't speak English, so had to translate everything using Google Translate speech to text. That went well though. The terrace was not directly attached to the apartment, but required going down the front stairs and through 2 doors. Not a hassle at all but unexpected. The view of the lake was very nice. Parking was close but if you were unlucky and got back late in the evening after dinner there is a chance it's full and you have to park a bit further uphill. Not a big deal, but fyi.

Uitzicht valt erg tegen.

Rustig en ruim appartement.

Geen uitzicht vanaf woonkamer, alleen vanaf slaapkamer kun je het meer beetje zien. Ook in de tuin weinig uitzicht door hoge schutting. Vervelend dat je via de straat weer door een andere deur moet om in de tuin te komen. Te weinig borden en bestek, bijeen geraapt oude rommel. Pannen waren smerig. Geen uitleg over waar je vuilnis kon deponeren en over de werking van airco. Parkeren van de auto ver weg, flink moeten sjouwen met bagage en boodschappen.

Prosím nejezděte do tohoto ubytování ! Domaso i Como je fajn, ale tohle je hrůza !

Samotný apartmán je celkem fajn a byl až na výjimky čistý, ale jinak prostě hrůza.

Celkově to byla spíš noční můra. Ubytování jsem sice kupoval na Bookingu, ale aby jste se mohli ubytovat musíte si založit účet v rámci Interhome. Samotné založení je velmi obtěžující a přijde Vám mnoho emailů s dotazem na doplnění detailů. Výsledkem je další komunikace přes WhatsApp, kde Vám vyhrožují, že pokud s nimi nebudete takto komunikovat nedostanete detaily k ubytování ! Po složité komunikaci a přesvědčování, že samotný proces je velmi jednoduchý dostanete několikastránkové PDF s desítkami fotek, abyste apartmán a externí parkování vůbec našli. No a když otevřete schránku na klíče, tak tam nejsou! 40 minut čekání a nakonec pán co mluví jen Italsky, který Vám řekne, že slečny z agentury jsou prostě neschopné, což mohu potvrdit. Následně zjistíte, že uvnitř není klimatizace, čehož jsem si měl všimnout dopředu, ale kdo by to v dovolenkové destinaci v Itálii očekával, že? Slečna nám ale řekla, že je tam topení, které však v jednom chladném dni nešlo zapnout. A v době ruské agrese na Ukrajině na krbu Matrjoška ??? Samotný apartmán je docela fajn, ačkoliv o plně vybavené kuchyni nemůže být řeč, v koupelně absence možnosti pověšení ručníku, venkovní branka téměř nejde zavřít, atd. V popisu na Bookingu se hovoří o zahradě a grilu, ale to je možné pouze u jednoho ze dvou apartmánů a vy nevíte který to je! Navíc ta zahrada za to ani nestojí, viděl jsem jí zvenku. Fotky exteriéru jsou naprosto zavádějící, pokud to nevezmete tak, že bydlíte v historické vesnici, tak je to vlastně místo hrůzy. Je to prostě chytře nafoceno, ale nejvíc vypovídající jsou asi moje fotky...Každopádně bych ženu ani dceru samotné ven nepustil, protože nás z oken sledovali opravdu divní muži a to pokaždé když jsme šli kolem...V popisu je uvedeno, že domácí zvířata jsou povolena, nicméně za 3 noci jsem zaplatil 40 EUR a to jde pouze dodatečně poté co si uhradíte pobyt, takže takový malý podraz. Sem prosím nejezděte, Lago di Como je jinak moc fajn a lidé okolo taky, jen prostě jiné ubytování !!!
