About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a private residence in Vercana, a small village above Domaso. The resort also includes a small, beautiful swimming pool (5.5 x 6.5 m) on a terrace with panoramic views of the lake. From the reserved parking area, can be reached by a staircase to the private entrance of the apartment. The three-room apartment is approximately 60 m2 (on 2 floors). On the first floor there are: kitchen with gas cooker (4 burner) stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. Dining area for 6. Living room with satellite TV, double bed, balcony with lake view. Guest toilet. An open staircase leads to the living room floor. On the second floor are: bedroom with double bed with a small balcony overlooking the lake. A second, smaller bedroom with bunk bed. Bathroom with shower. The apartment also belonged to the outdoor garden. There is also a storage room for bikes, beach equipment, etc. available

We had 10-day lovely days in this apartment, that was very clean and welcoming. Guisi is a friendly host and was there do show us everything at arrival. The area is quiet and the view from the terraces was indeed beautiful. From the bed upstairs you can fall asleep looking over the lake. The add doesn’t state, that there is a room with a bunkbed as well. The bath is adequate and clean. Only small negatives is a bit boring pool area (but nice pool) and there is quite a steep walk in to town. Domaso has was you need and in start July there wasn’t too crowded. All in all we recommend this apartment for at quiet stay at Como and a great place to explore the lake and a trip to Milano and elsewhere. Thanks to Guisi to making us feel very welcome and at ease.

Great stay, easy communication with hosts. Loved the view and kids loved the pool. The patios on both floors were especially great.

We had a great week at Guisi’s place with my husband and my 2 daughters. Communication with Guisi was very easy. The view is amazing and the swimming pool very nice.

Wir (4 Personen) waren im August 2013 in dieser schönen Wohnung.
Die Wohnung wurde vor unserer Ankunft von oben bis unten komplett saubergemacht - haben wir noch selber miterlebt.
Alles ist sauber und blitzt wie neu. Es ist alles vorhanden, bis auf einen Toaster, der aber nicht vermisst wurde.
Der Fernseher wird über Satellit mit allen deutschen Sendern versorgt.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kann bei Problemen - die bei uns überhaupt nicht auftraten - direkt angerufen werden.
Es ist zwar kein Internet vorhanden, wir haben dieses aber mit einer SIM-Karte für Italien aufgefangen, die wir vorher in Deutschland besorgt haben. Als Hotspot in einem Smartphone konnten alle Geräte ausreichend versorgt werden (ca. 40 € incl. 1 GB).
Dem einen oder anderen wird evtl. ein Stromadapter fehlen (für z.B. Fön, große Stecker) - dieser kann für 2 € im Supermarkt besorgt werden.
Der Pool ist ein Gemeinschaftspool, der aber i.d.R. nicht viel besucht wird, man hat ihn i.d.R. für sich.
Der Supermarkt im Ort ist ausreichend, aber ziemlich eng, auch was die Parkplätze betrifft. Mehr Auswahl und Platz hat man im Centro Commerciale Iperal; Via la Rosa, 354; 23010 Piantedo. Dort gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt - auch einen Burger King (wer es vermisst). Dieser hat jeden Tag auf - auch Sonntags.
Zu der Umgebung muss man nicht viel sagen: Berge und Wasser, wer diese Zusammenstellung mag wird es lieben.
Fazit: wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub!!!!
