Everything looked clean and was clean. Minimalist but warm design, the scent of the room was very "spa" like. We had a mitsubishi ac which is not a common amenity in italian households so extra points for that. The pillows and mattress were some of the most comfortable i've experienced. They weren't your basic budget memory foam.
All of that with the kindness and availability of the staff and all for that budget price... 10/10 for me. Will be back
When you set such high standards for your guests they expect even more.

Spotless clean, very spacious, great mattresses
The proximity to the station and the public works were offsetting at first but in fact it was a perfect accommodation.

Nice location and close the station, which was our main requirement.
Room wasn’t ready until after 3pm, which was a shame as we arrived from the cruise terminal early to drop our bags but it took 3+ hours to clean the room. Would have been a massive plus for us if we could have checked in early to get a few hours rest before exploring Ravenna
