Excellent location, close to the Station and places of interest.

Unfortunately, a dog barked incessantly during the night, making it difficult to sleep

Spotless clean, very spacious, great mattresses

The proximity to the station and the public works were offsetting at first but in fact it was a perfect accommodation.

This place is very close to the train station, has adequate space to sleep, a desk to sit and work if needed, is clean, and feels secure. The bathroom is large, the shower works well. It is very close to the trains, you do hear and feel them, but not at a level that kept us awake or actually really disturbed us. It is a very short walk to the city center and UNESCO sites. I think it's great for a short stay.

It was cold and raining when we were in Ravenna, and the heater did not work. We were freezing cold in the room and there were not enough blankets for us to warm up, so that part was very uncomfortable. Part of the ceiling fell off onto us in the bathroom after a shower, which may be a maintenance issue or may indicate mold that has been painted over. There was a woman cleaning the main outside area, so we told her about the ceiling issue and she came in and swept up the fallen debris, however, it seemed this was not the first time it happened. There was no kettle or way to heat water in the room as advertised or coffee machine in the main entrance area.

Nice location and close the station, which was our main requirement.

Room wasn’t ready until after 3pm, which was a shame as we arrived from the cruise terminal early to drop our bags but it took 3+ hours to clean the room. Would have been a massive plus for us if we could have checked in early to get a few hours rest before exploring Ravenna
